For organizations, EmBOLDened Leadership is the holistic choice among leadership training programs because it gives emerging leaders experience with hands-on tactics to motivate, speak up, increase confidence and self authority, while building a support network of like-minded women.

Women-centered Leadership

To “embolden,” is by definition to “give an individual both the courage and confidence to do something or behave in a certain way.” Therefore, the EmBOLDened Leadership Program (ELP) strives to create within its participants, the spirit and tenacity of a leader by identifying a personal value system, building the professional skills to create influence and impact, and offering the opportunity to get a clear focus on one’s goals within her organization, while determining a pathway to get there.

The program is designed specifically for women, based on our belief and experience that leadership training often includes gender gaps, which do not address the innate strengths, learning and communication styles common among women. The ELP is created and facilitated by women who desire to empower the next generation of leaders, by offering a safe place for learning and developing alongside a group of like-minded peers.
